The installation instructions in the **manual** use `gmake` and a note stating that `gmake` is an alias for `make`. On the contrary, the installation instructions in the **quickstart** use `make`. Since we are merging these two sections with the instructions, I was wondering if you would like to keep `gmake` or `make`
<hkaiser>
dkaratza[m]: just use make, people preferring gmake will know
<hkaiser>
good catch, though
<hkaiser>
nowadays many use ninja anyways
<dkaratza[m]>
should we keep the note? or is it pointless?
