<dkaratza[m]> I would like to add an extension to the documentation, so I need to update the build environment as well. However, I see that this file https://github.com/STEllAR-GROUP/docker_build_env/blob/master/hpx_build_env/docs_requirements.txt is automatically generated using pip-compile minimal_requirements.txt. Where is the file minimal_requirements.txt defined though?
