hkaiser: when I am changing the namespace (i.e. from `hpx::util` to `hpx`) i should deprecate everything that was before in `hpx::util`, right?

because I moved `detail` it cannot find `hpx::util::detail`, so I guess I need to change the code that uses `util::detail`, right?
