Hi. I'm trying to build HPX with debug symbols but even with `-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo` libhpx.so.1 is still getting built without debug symbols. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get debug symbols?

could you do make VERBOSE=1 (or equivalent) to see the generated command lines?

also, you will need to enable debug symbols for your application as well - do you do that?
