taeguk: Hi. Are you eligible to do GSoC again this year?
<taeguk>
jbjnr: Unfornately, I'm not because I'm working in a company.

taeguk: ok. Hope it's a nice job. Using HPX for work?
<taeguk>
no, my works have no relation to HPX. My works are developing anti-virus engine and common libraries in my company :)
<taeguk>
I'm working as alternative military service. In South Korea, all men must go to military during about two years. But, a few men can get a chance to work in a company instead of real military.
<zao>
Antivirus, heh. More like automated protection rackets :P
<zao>
Did you try different amounts of HPX threads?
<zao>
We recently changed the default count, I think.
<taeguk>
zao: I used 16 or 32 for the count of threads like "--hpx:threads 16"
<jbjnr>
military service in korea would not be high on my wish list at the moment!
<taeguk>
jbjnr: Yes me too. But it is duty because our country is still in armistice.
<taeguk>
But I'm blessed because I can keep on developing software instead of real military even though there are only a few candidates I can work.
